    We expect our clients to communicate their wishes and expectations clearly and completely.

    Open communication from both sides prevents misunderstandings.

  • Yes. Send us your idea, desired size (in cm), placement, and any references.

    We can then provide you with a rough estimate.

  • Wear clothing that allows easy access to the area to be tattooed.

    Keep in mind that your comfort level is high and that clothing can get dirty.

  • Be sure to bring something to eat if you have a long session. And snacks for in-between sessions. Something with sugar is nice to give you some extra energy. A book, or your earbuds for music or a TV show can also be helpful if you're sitting in the chair for a long time.

  • Yes, absolutely. If you're comfortable with that, it's no problem. Just make sure the person is over 18 and that we can maintain a pleasant atmosphere in the studio.

  • No.

    Showing up under the influence of alcohol or drugs means we will not be able to tattoo.

    Your appointment will be canceled without a refund of your deposit.

    We do not tattoo clients who are pregnant or breastfeeding.

  • Always report any pregnancy, medication use, or medical conditions in advance.

    We reserve the right to refuse an appointment if safety cannot be guaranteed.

  • Respect for our artists, staff, and other customers is a given.

    Aggressive, intimidating, or antisocial behavior will not be tolerated.

    In such cases, we will immediately terminate the appointment without refund, and you will be denied access to the shop.

  • You can submit a request via our contact form or the Booking button under the desired artist on the Portfolio page. You'll then be connected directly with the artist.

    After confirmation, we request a deposit. Your appointment will only be confirmed in our calendar after this deposit has been received.

  • We reserve time, preparation, and creativity exclusively for you. The deposit will be deducted from the total price and is non-refundable.

  • Rescheduling is possible up to 48 hours in advance. If you reschedule in time, your deposit will be credited for the new date.

    If you cancel within 48 hours or are a no-show, your deposit will be forfeited.

    In the event of repeated rescheduling, we reserve the right not to reschedule.

  • If you are more then 15 minutes late, the appointment can be shortened or cancelled by the artist. When cancelled, the deposit will be held.

  • Designs will be displayed on the day of your appointment.

    We often work custom-made and create designs specifically for your reserved date.

  • Yes. Minor adjustments are possible on the day itself.

    Major changes in concept or direction may result in the event being rescheduled.
